打工渡假電子簽證付費問題 - 打工旅遊

小妹我剛剛上網填完澳洲打工渡假簽證申請資料
到了拿起信用卡付費的步驟時
他要求填寫Name on credit card
說明是寫著:
Enter the name of the credit card holder as it displayed on the credit card being used to pay this application charge.
問題是小妹我的卡後面簽的是中文
所以我就默默的填上了我的中文名字
猶豫的按下submit
然後系統就很[歡樂]告知:
No punctuation characters other than hyphen and apostrophe can be used in a name.
因為...我的名字在按下submit之後變成亂碼了...

誰可以告訴我我該怎麼處理才好?
還是我直接填寫英文名字???
有人遇過這樣的問題嗎...
