打石膏後的旅程相關請益 - 旅遊

友人預計4月初帶家人去京阪自助賞櫻，但爸爸出了意外，有一隻腳上了石膏，目前是評估可以拄拐杖活動。再不取消的前提下，請教各位板友相關問題：
1.看過樂桃相關規定，只有說明輪椅需託運，拐杖是否一樣呢？需要事先告知航空公司嗎？
2.日本大眾運輸工具在使用上有什麼要注意嗎?
3.大致行程是：大阪城、清水寺、嵐山、二条城各一天，有需要注意的地方嗎？
以上問題還請各位板友解答，感謝不盡。
PS. 不想取消是因為是家族旅遊，主要是帶長輩出國，內建年青人一男一女、父母、奶奶共五人，有想過原本腳程就不快的奶奶可配合爸爸，全家放慢腳步，行程縮減。
