我們收到波蘭航空的通知，藉此轉告給你們知道。
基於波蘭航空與新加坡的商業和運營上的變化，他們無法就已出票之機票提供空運服務。
現在波蘭航空提出以下的2個解決方案
1. 全額退還機票費用
2. 轉換其他由波蘭航空指定的航空公司前往目的地
如選擇 :
選項1可以電郵致 [email protected] 辦理全數退款。
選項2乘客必須直接致電聯絡波蘭航空辦理，電話號碼4008822057 or +48225779573

We received a notification from Lot Polish Airlines.
Due to commercial and operational changes of Lot Polish Airlines and Singapore
, they are not able to provide the air transportation based on some tickets th
at you have sold.
Polish Airlines prefers full refund but as well they can offer a change
If you choose full refund, you can email to [email protected], OO Trav
el will assist refund.
But choose to change, you need directly to call Lot Polish Airlines, phone num
ber is : 4008822057 or +48225779573.

目前聯絡的最新進度如下：
1. 原旅行社提供全額退票，或是酷航相關航班自行選擇更換，然後在新加坡還不能同日
轉機，若有過夜問題要自行處理
2. 波航回覆可以全額退費，或是聯絡波航改航班，但都是國際電話............
有人有相關的消息嗎？？？？？
