目前是只爬過郊山的新手 去過最高的山是加里山
因為深覺自己體能的不足 請問板上前輩都如何訓練體能呢
目前想到的方法是每兩天慢跑一次 中間日踩磁力腳踏車
不知道這樣是否可以兼顧訓練體能以及腳力
還是要再增加核心肌群訓練呢
