我看前一陣子買的登山聖經
裡面有一個教訓練大腿肌肉的做法,是兩腿先站直輕輕合攏
然後再蹲下,正常人30歲要做200下
我做了快一百下就受不了,而且感覺這很傷膝蓋關節咧
有人有這樣訓練嗎?還是我做法有錯?
