東京車站至六本木Afuri的交通問題 - 東京

各位好
12／4會從輕井澤坐JR回東京車站到丸之內飯店入住，本來沒打算去吃AFURI，但看到很多
人排的行程有AFURI就有點想插入這個行程
目前用GOOGLE查是六本木的店比較近飯店，但發現坐大眾交通去滿不方便的，因為有帶小
孩想說那搭計程車，但GOOGLE估算車程是20分左右
1.不曉得有人有概念這樣單趟車費會多少嗎？
2.現在阿夫利是需要有預約才能吃嗎？我有看到有人說，現在很多店家是必須預約才能吃
，即使店內不是滿的也要有預約
想說估算來回車資，確認有沒有必要去這一趟
