陳玉華一隻雞的知名程度應該不用雙胞胎多說了
只是雙胞胎一直到第二次的韓國旅行才去吃
當天雙胞胎剛從釜山搭乘KTX到首爾
到下榻的民宿放好行李後
就直奔陳玉華一隻雞
沒想到在小巷裡竟然有一間這麼有名氣的店
排隊的人潮絡繹不絕,覺得大家都很有耐心在等待
到達後,先到櫃台去抽一張號碼牌
等待之餘,也不要浪費時間的拍拍外觀
陳玉華一隻雞是有三層樓的喔!
事業真的做得很大
從這外觀看
有一種置身在咖啡廳的錯覺
利用大窗戶增加空氣自然對流,不吹冷氣環保
我想是因為3層樓的關係
位置多,翻桌率也快
很快地就輪到雙胞胎囉!
一隻雞已經在位置上stand by好了!
阿珠媽會問要不要"年糕" ,如果不要她就會拿走囉~ 但雙胞胎選擇留下它
掀開鐵盤後
下面就是大鍋裡裝了一隻全雞,看到的瞬間突然覺得飽了XDD
待它滾了一會後,阿珠媽跑過來說可以剪了
因為整個滾到不行啊~~
所以妹妹Chun就動手囉!
沒想到這雞真的不好剪,可能也是因為我們沒啥經驗
隔壁的韓國人整個很流利呢!
也因為我們笨拙的表現,引來阿珠媽親手來操刀
後來才發現,阿珠媽以為我們是韓國人,所以才放我們自己剪
經過詢問後,只要是外國人,阿珠媽是會為我們服務的
另外還點了白飯
因為雙胞胎只要一餐沒吃到米飯和麵就會覺得怪怪的
所以不管是到豬骨鍋店還是部隊鍋店通通都一定會加點白飯
若只單喝清湯,會覺得雞腥味很重
腥味完全就是扣分扣分
加了泡菜之後的湯頭
加點泡菜會覺得比較能接受....
腥味稍稍被壓下來
當然泡菜的份量請適當的放,合自己胃口是最重要的
隔壁韓國人都不只放泡菜,連辣椒醬都一起下去
紅通通的,覺得不同凡響 哈哈
雞肉很嫩,搭配加了泡菜的湯頭,很match
剛吃第一口的瞬間,會非常的愛
但是一頓飯吃了下來,不停地進食雞肉,非常膩口
越吃越覺得覺得雞腥味又來了,從五顆星的評價掉到三顆星
如果要雙胞胎找出推薦的"點"
大概就是這一盤超Q的年糕,還有雞肉本身的嫩度
怎麼辦~ 雙胞胎摸著良心都要說 真的覺得一般般啦~~
