後記
1.此次走一日O聖,由武陵山莊進,大水池出,含休息、用餐時間共費時16hr14min,爬升
總落差3148M,里程28.6KM(沒帶GPS,落差及里程參考金牌的紀錄,但我有上北稜角及雪
主,實際上落差應將近3400M,里程約30KM)
2.有意前往嘗試之山友,可先在大水池放一台小摺,再把車開到武陵山莊停放,回程可少
踢一大段不必要的水泥路
3.走完至今,雙腿完全沒有痠痛或緊繃感,應該是前一周的雲嘉七峰大縱走提供了非常好
的熱身效果之故
