櫻花季間在京都被Guesthouse惡意取消訂房 - 旅遊

平時受餽於日旅板不少,想不到我也有在日旅板發旅館和訂房網心得文的一天。
(以下文長慎入)
為了這次的4/4~4/9京阪賞櫻之旅,我和以前工作單位的同事兩個人從去年11月中
開始訂住宿機票,計畫著兩個女生的賞櫻之旅,為了方便閱讀以下簡稱原PO為BB,
友人為LC姐(附註:她本人承認自己是路痴XD),兩個人都有多次出國經驗,BB曾自
助到東京 5次,也跟朋友自助(或一人單獨)去過北海道港澳新加坡泰國,LC姐有
多次跟團以及跟著友人自助,曾去過東京大阪京都和香港吳哥窟。這是BB第一次到
日本關西,而LC姐則是曾經跟團到大阪京都。
我們的住宿都是BB自行上網訂的,預定如下:4/4大阪新今宮、4/5~6京都四條河原
町的hostel、4/7京都河原町的guest house、4/8大阪新今宮。這次出包的是4/7的
guest house是從Expedia.com.tw在1/6就預訂的雙床房,並且訂房時已收到智遊網
確認信和線上刷卡付清的訊息,這間全名是Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake。
話說富士卡4月初大斷線,日旅板上也有人討論災情,在4/5那天下午晚上我們在河
原町一直收不到訊號,想想也沒有重要的事情,所以也不在意,反正回hostel一樣
有WIFI可用。可是就是在這個時間,Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake在2015年4月5日
下午5:54收到了一封信主旨為Thank you for booking Kotoya Kotake。以下是信件
原文(為了個人隱私對方名字有打星號)
Dear BB
Hi, this is E*** L** from Guesthouse Kotoya kotake.
Thank you so much for booking our guesthouse.
Unfortunately, we had another booking from April 7th to 8th just right
before you sent the booking.
I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate if you cancel
your reservation on Expedia.com.
因為4/5那天去看夜櫻回到hostel也很晚了,就去看一下FB照片和PTT文章後就去洗
洗睡了,並沒有看到這封信,直到隔天4/6的下午7點多才看到。
說明一下智遊網的免費取消訂房的期限是4/5 下午6:00,也就是說對方在免費取消
的期限前6分鐘才發這封信,在期限後線上自行取消訂房是不退費的。
4/6的下午7點多要去吃壽司時的當下,我們發現這封信後馬上用英文回信給
Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake對方,表明了人已經在京都就是要一晚的房間,不願自
行上去線上取消,之後對方再也沒有回應或任何回信,一直到現在4/13也是。
意思就是說,我們被Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake惡意放鴿子啦!!囧
然後4/6下午9點智遊網的客服Lily小姐發了兩封信,主旨為
Recall: Regarding your booking at Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake,
內文如下:Lily Ito would like to recall the message,
"Regarding your booking at Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake".
另外一封的內文為
Dear BB,
Thank you for booking your stay on Expedia.
Unfortunately, I have received notice that there was a mix-up at the
property and the vendor is unable to provide a room at Guesthouse Kotoya
Kotake for April 7 to 8.
Would it be possible for you to book a separate hotel for your stay?
You will be refunded the full amount that was paid for your original
booking. Please reach out to us regarding the details of your stay in Kyoto.
We understand that it is peak season in Kyoto and you booked your stay in
January 2015. We apologize greatly for the inconvenience caused last minute.

可是當下我們的平板沒電了(用富士卡放平板熱點分享給手機),無法上網所以也
沒在第一時間看到這封信。當然4/6那天晚上覺得很沮喪,但我和LC姐決定吃完迴轉
壽司後先睡一覺4/7一早再找人想辦法。話說LC姐那天還是她生日,LC姐超樂觀沒在
怕,但我還是很擔心(明天4/7晚上要住哪都不知道@@)。
到了4/7早上8點半起床後,我們發現Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake根本沒回信,反而
是智遊網的客服Lily小姐在前一天4/6下午9點發了上述的兩封信來。兩人看到上面
全是英文就有點傻了。BB英文不好,日文檢定僅三級,日常對話可聽懂部分及簡單
應答;而LC姐英文也很爛,根本不會日文。不過好在有Google翻譯讓人能很快理解
信件內容,我們也迅速用中文回信給客服(對!你們沒看錯真的的是用中文XD,
LC姐本來要逼BB用英文寫但是後來作罷),表示要請她趕快幫忙找其他飯店,信中
最後附上富士卡的電話號碼、BB和LC姐兩人的LINE ID,希望可以直接聯繫。
然後兩人開始找人想辦法,BB用LINE跟家人通話,請在台灣的哥哥打智遊網的客服
聯繫,希望幫忙找京都的飯店,並且是不補價差;LC姐則是一直LINE朋友,請律師
友人提供建議,以及請在日本居住的友人她婆婆打電話給Guesthouse Kotoya
Kotake的工作人員,希望能通話聯繫上,如果真的沒有房間也要請對方訂其他的地方
給我們。眼看著4/7早上11點的退房時間到了,我們決定聽LC姐友人的建議直接去
Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake,拉著行李一路看MAPS.ME離線地圖大約走了20分鐘,
來到地址上的位置後兩人都傻眼了。
在現場左右張望都沒看到招牌,只有巷弄內民宅和路上施工的工人,guesthouse在哪?
看訂房網的照片也看不出來,我們便拿地址問了工人大叔,也請他幫忙按電鈴問地址
上的那戶人家,後來出來了一位日本婆婆,她表示Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake是在她
家旁邊的小巷子走進去轉彎才會到,之後她便帶我們進去小巷子。我們一起進入超像
防火巷還堆了雜物的小巷子裡,來到了Guesthouse看見大門深鎖,旁邊的側門貼了一
張紙表示主人外出,留了一隻手機號碼。有圖有真相:

後來鄰居日本婆婆請我們直接打電話給對方,因為我們手機都沒開漫遊,便請LC姐友人
(她朋友在日本居住的婆婆,簡稱婆婆P)幫忙打電話用日文溝通,然後用LINE通話聯
繫我們,當時BB超怕平板或手機沒電,在這最重要的時刻千萬不可以斷了聯繫。
後來經過約一小時的來來往往溝通過程中,LC姐的友人LINE通話轉述大致內容如下:
guesthouse對方表示已經寫mail叫我們取消,沒有地方給我們今晚住宿,大不了就退錢
不做這筆生意。而且婆婆P還跟對方大吵一架,問對方何時要回來處理也不表態,總之
那不關他的事情,溝通無效。
事情發展到這裡BB心情已經很沮喪,過程中還發生了個小插曲,LC姐還給我看她朋友
FB上好友來日本吃壽司的影片,BB有些爆走的馬上叫她關掉,因為富士卡只有1.8G流量
,在這種重要聯繫時刻還看影片(?),她居然回我不知道有限流量,而且說一直開地
圖找路應該也吃流量(一開始到日本時就講過了富士卡狀況和MAPS.ME離線地圖的事…
囧囧囧)。
後來到了12點多,因為天氣很冷且開始下雨了,我們決定離開Guesthouse Kotoya
Kotake去便利商店待著想辦法,過程中仍不斷和BB在台灣的哥哥用LINE通話連繫,
BB的哥哥表示他打了至少5-6通電話,台灣的電話客服處理效率實在不太好,電話一直
讓人聽音樂很久才有人接,客服一問三不知也聯繫不上老闆。至於LC姐也和她友人繼
續聯絡幫忙想辦法,想想接下來該怎麼辦才好。
後來所幸事情有了轉機,智遊網的客服Lily小姐把我們加入LINE,可以直接打字對話
立即聯絡。後來我們用很破的英文和客服Lily小姐對話和打字溝通,終於幫我們找到
了京都第二tower hotel禁菸雙人房一晚,之後我們也順利入住,此事暫告一段落。
然後4/9智遊網還寄來一封系統信,「您喜歡最近入住的Guesthouse Kotoya Kotake
嗎?」這個部分BB還不知道該怎麼給評分和評價,因為被放鴿子根本沒入住。
以上內容似乎和住房關係比較大,但還是想給到日本自助旅遊的朋友一點建議,如果
遇到問題需要聯繫時有幾個很重要的東西,最好先有所準備:
1.網路──上網看消息以及用E-mail和LINE取得及時連繫。這次用富士卡其實很驚險,
4月初傳出大斷訊慘案,1.8G對於網路重度使用者可能不夠,最好一下確認旅伴的使用
習慣。我們這次的流量從4/7大爆增,最後兩天根本剩不多。(事後想想以後出去可能
需申請漫遊備用)

2.行動電源──隨時充電。
3.離線地圖──私心推薦一下MAPS.ME的離線地圖真的好用,可以先從google編輯後
匯出,搭配GPS定位,不用網路也能像導航一樣。
4.外語能力(英文日文) ──最好有基本對話或打字書寫能力,方便和人立即溝通。
5.實體地圖──旅遊書或當地的電車巴士路線圖。京都巴士地圖對找地點移動有很大
的幫助。
