昨天走了一趟波屋東,發表一下使用感想:
1.事先要依照自己的體能規劃好行程。
網路上有很多波屋東行程可以參考,
但最好要知道自己山徑的速度和公路的速度跟提供行程的大大有沒有落差
本次我規畫的時間點就不太準確,
我不會越野跑,而且腳踝受傷未癒,
導致山徑的速度預估太快、只能靠公路段勉強追回。
版上那個7.5小時的大大,中間還大休好幾次,只能仰望。
2.體能要分配好,慢慢來比較快
全段超過30公里,波津加上大雪山爬升1600公尺,對體能上是不小的負擔,
爬升段如果太暴衝,下坡段都會用抽筋休息時間還回來
3.波津加上大雪山、屋東段雖然仍屬大眾路線,
但路況不若傳統谷關七雄路線,要稍微注意路條,
跟好路條基本上不會迷路
4.頭燈、行進糧、保暖衣物等等要帶齊,這是老生常談了,不多贅述
