波津加山及屋東縱走 - 健行

我一個新北市山岳協會會員的朋友想邀我去谷關七雄的波津加和屋東縱走
D1是波津加山,D2是屋東縱走,二個都是由谷關端登山口出發,在谷關住宿

波津加難度我知道有點高,另外屋東縱走行程,他們是由谷關山屋我尾再下東卯
這樣縱走我就不知好不好走了...(因為我朋友也不知這樣行程難易度)
我本身沒有百岳縱走經驗,百岳只走過羊頭畢祿單攻,雪山主東,合歡主東石門
玉山主峰,向陽嘉明湖等,小百岳更是走很多..中級山的話最近是走鳶嘴稍來和轆轆溫泉
古道也走過幾條..
不知這樣體力和資歷的我,走這二天行程適合嗎?
另外,谷關上去的屋東縱走,要走幾小時?
