澳洲簽證Character declarations的問題 - 打工旅遊

剛剛在填澳洲打工渡假簽證資料的時候

發現Character declarations這部分跟之前好像不太一樣

因為我一邊填 一邊參考一些網誌的教學

出現兩個題目
◎ Has any applicant ever served in a military force, police force, state
sponsored / private militia or intelligence agency (including secret police)?

◎ Has the applicant ever undergone any military/paramilitary training, been
trained in weapons/explosives or in the manufacture of chemical/biological
products?

關於服兵役跟是否受過彈藥等軍事訓練的問題，

以前的文章介紹好像是在Character declarations的最後一題，且填NO即可，

現在拆成兩題後，我服過義務役，上述的第一題到底該填YES還是NO呢?

請問是否有最近完成申請的男生板友可以解答一下
