澳洲簽證問題 - 打工旅遊

前幾天在申請簽證,申請到付費的時候因信用卡問題好幾次失敗,
隔了兩天信用卡弄好打算付費時,在進度15%的頁面按下一步後,
卻跳回進度10%,在進度條下方還出現了這段文字!?

not be able to proceed with this application at this time as this service is
temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. For further information or

不管是重新申請,換瀏覽器再申請等方法都沒辦法解決...
希望版上有遇過這種情況的大大可以教一下解決的方法.
