澳洲簽證的護照有效期間錯誤怎麼辦 - 打工旅遊

我發現我去體檢的時候才發現我的申請簽證的資料有問題
有神人可以幫我看我這樣寄信是否來得及修正

I'm so sorry that I've mistaken my passport details which are bellow:
"Passport date of issue 22 April 2012"
"Passport date of expiry 22 April 2022"

I found this problem after I went to the hospital for X-ray test.
My "correct" passport details are bellow:
"Passport date of issue 25 April 2012"
"Passport date of expiry 25 April 2022"

I'm deeply so sorry for this mistake. How can I change this mistake?
