想請問大家一下,我會在9 Apr 2014離開澳洲,
今天(17 Mar 2014)去辦了Medicare免繳,
還是有點疑問,希望可以尋求解答,謝謝：)

Medicare辦公室的人是叫我寫[from 1 July 2013 to 9 Apr 2014.]??
**[Q.18 Are you leaving Australia permanently before the end of
the current financial year?]
我是回答[yes, Expected departure date 9 Apr 2014]
但回家再仔細研究後,發現它不能證明未來的日期!
我簽名&遞交表格是17 Mar 2o14!!!!
這樣我會被退件嘛?
是不是應該回答Q17~[July 2013 to 17 Mar 2014]???
