爬富士山事前準備 - 健行

各位山友大家好,
小弟這個月 7/23 要去爬富士山(跟當地團),
之前沒有百岳經驗 沒爬過任何郊山,
不確定自己是否有高山症(會在 7/22 開始吃高山症藥丹木斯預防),
而且當天也會在五合目購買氧氣罐以防萬一
裝備的部分也趁這幾天去買了
登山鞋(murrell的) 這幾天狂穿想把他穿軟
登山背包(OSPREY 22L的)
防風防水外套(Marmot的)
登山杖
護膝
想請教的是體能方面 本人之前有天天游泳的習慣
但不確定是否這樣體力能負荷爬富士山的要求? 或者會爬得很辛苦
想趁這20天再去加強一下體能 不知道大家有何建議?
1. 繼續保持每天游泳 1.5~2km 自由式
2. 鍛鍊腿力 周末來回爬七星山暖身
3. 跑跑步機
不知道大家的建議為何呢? 主要是想要有充沛的體力 讓自己不至於在當天爬山時會太累
(因為空氣稀薄 體能負荷會更重)
