請問板上先進 關於爬山喝水的問題
由於本人是水龜(爬山一定要大量喝水)
舉奇萊主北來說 因為知道成功山屋有水可以補給
一開始可以水可以帶很少~ 但是為了保險 我還是帶了2L的水
10月多爬的 到了成功山屋水幾乎都快喝完了 沿路也都沒廁所
身體的水分 都變成汗排光了~ 我有試過忍耐不喝水
但是不喝 真的爬不下去~
冬季上奇萊的時候也是一樣 水是有喝比較少一點
但是還是會有口渴感 會想喝水~ 最後下奇萊的時候
因為水袋管結冰 吸不到水 我又懶得拆背包
就沿路吃矮樹叢或地上的雪補充水
我想問有人跟我一樣嗎? 請問大家喝水的狀況是如何??
因為同隊的我有看到有人600cc寶特瓶沒喝完就到成功山屋了
PS 我們都是自組團 負重約20KG 我可能比較重 因為我都載大量水
很怕沒水喝~
再來板上先進 應該也有裝備控的XD
可以分享一下 極致輕量化的裝備 供參考

差很多水就喝很兇orz...建議含個硬糖口水會比較多比較不容
易口渴

所以我覺得就算不渴可是身體水分確實再減少的話還是
按時補充水分會比較好
