瘋狂神山之旅 - 健行

為什麼稱為瘋狂呢?

因為原po在台灣沒有做事前的體能訓練及運動習慣,

並且去沙巴本地時,未帶任何一項有關登山物品,所有物品是在當地購買的

頭上的帽子,身上的衛生衣褲,大衣及褲子都在當地買的

因為,原po在台灣未做任何有關神山訊息,

心想反正到了當地請人辦理就行了,(不一定要去神山)

因為這次原po去了13天馬來西亞,連住處都沒訂就飛去大馬了...

第一天到了亞庇,逛了一下市區發覺沒啥好玩的,就翻翻旅遊書,

發覺神山好像一定要去的地方

第二天到了沙巴觀光旅遊局,問要去神山要找那家旅行社,

介紹了大家熟悉的"sutera"集團,我就前往辦公室

也花了一小時就決定去神山登山,花一小時去買衣物,前後兩小時後就在巴士上了

下車後,有一股的清涼...在馬路看了一分鐘只有我一個人...

頓時,害怕了...

上去後,有看到人了...就去問,原來這就是飯店櫃檯...

第二天

起床後,前往吃早餐

那時,心裡想...我才花少少錢就享受到在國家公園內簡單幸福自然環境內用餐...

用完餐後,去領午餐

又回到辦事處,等待嚮導,坐上小巴士前往登山口

我嚮導對我超好的,因為要準備爬山前,我就給他RM50元,

他幫我拿行李,帶我去找豬籠草,等待我睡完午睡生理時鐘,

當我爬累了,等待我休息夠了再繼續往上爬...鼓勵我往上爬上去

當遇到台灣同鄉時,好感動喔...

小聊一下,他們是一整團同好一起來神山,

當他們得知我一個小女生來神山時,眼神是"了不起",

當下,令我腳變的超輕盈又爬了1,2公里...

那天,全都白人天下...東方人只有一位日本人及我...

第三天

零晨1點半就起床了,下樓吃個土司及喝牛奶就出發了

我和嚮導算很早出發的,一路上一直跟嚮導說我想睡覺...甚至坐在一旁睡著了

但我爬到6.5公里時,開始忽冷忽熱時,嚮導跟我討論不要再上去了

他說,我再爬上去會危險,不只是體力還有高山症問題...

哭...

回到飯店後,和嚮導約了9點下山

下山比上山很難走,但氧氣比較足夠啦~~~

因為我去的時間是10/20~22登山,剛好碰到隔天是一年一次馬拉松

回辦事處時,好多人在準備活動事務

當我回到國家公園門口時,我好感動...真的都快哭了

嚮導跟我說要去吃完午餐再下山,再說些祝福我的話...

然後,我又給他RM50元,他本來不收的

我跟他說這兩天的照顧我,這是他應得的

用完餐後,我又回到大馬路等後巴士的來臨....
