預定8/17 8/18 跟著俗稱的商業團登玉山
免背公糧和睡袋
已經借到了 GORE-TEX 的外套
爬了文 背包好像不用特別準備登山用的
那NIKE背包可以嗎??

因為平常也沒有登高山的經驗 不想背包成為我的負擔阿~~
另外想問
因為不想拖累大家(整團只有我一個女生)
這禮拜每天都有爬20-25層的樓梯
這兩天有加了 小腿拉提(墊腳尖)
還有什麼運動可以在家執行的?
