想請問一些紐西蘭租車問題

如果20歲 然後有台灣駕照跟國際駕照

可以在紐西蘭租車嗎?

上面說只要台灣國際駕照就可以駕車

但租車網站又寫
New Zealand law requires that all driver be 21 years of age or older
All renters (and any additional drivers) must be over the age of 21 and hold
a full driver's license at the time of rental. If you are 21-25 years of age,
an under-age surcharge may apply
