請問小孩單獨前往美國找親戚，簽證跟機票都已經處理好。入出境美國時，海關人員是否會要求家長(監護人)的同意書，或其他證明文件??

到美國旅遊，未成年的遊客沒有父母隨行，就要檢附同意書，必須填寫監護人姓名，未成年子女姓名、出生地、護照號碼，接著再填寫經由監護人同意，隨行人員的姓名與護照號碼，證明雙方關係。

其實這種問題問旅行社或是航空公司，答案可能還準確些。因為據我所知美家航空公司的標準不太一樣，有12歲的，也有17歲的，有的是規定轉機才需要。
