旅遊的福利，因此請家人代為辦了光觀簽證，這樣我在1040NR-EZ表格第二頁中的 F. Hav
e you ever changed your visa type (nonimmigrant status) or U.S. immigration st
atus? 這題要勾選Yes 並填寫觀光簽證的使用時間對嗎?

(2)在旅遊途中有搭遊艇入境加拿大，待上幾天再回美國，在1040NR-EZ表格第二頁中的 G
. List all dates you entered and left the United States during 2015 (see instr
uctions) 是不是就要填寫四個時間: 1.抵達美國 2.美國到加拿大 3.從加拿大回美國 4.
離開美國

(3)1040NR-EZ表格第二頁中的 H. Give number of days (including vacation, nonwork
days, and partial days) you were present in the United States during: 須扣除到
加拿大玩的那幾天對嗎?
