1、有人元大MasterCard 在義大利被擋刷嗎？
2、若被擋刷是因為額度快滿了？還是太多筆？還是單筆太高？
3、被擋刷的人方便透露：額度/被擋時已刷到多少嗎？如：10萬/5萬之後都刷不過。
4、被擋刷的人除了Skype 打電話給客服以外，email回覆快不快？還是有其他方法可解？
5、腦弱問題：買精品可以用現金嗎？精確來說就是店家收大額現金嗎？例如800歐元之類
的。
我是有另外申請匯豐，等待中。
其他卡匯率都低於手續費就盡量不動到了。
