雖然標題這樣打,但我其實不確定是不是這個字
我個人在爬山/跑步時腳踝處容易痠
以爬山來說,踢古道/林道這種平緩的路,速度約3km/1hrs,負重10-12kg,
大概8~10km左右就會開始痠痛,而速度會明顯降下來;
跑步的話,以大約4km/25min的速度,大概到2~3km左右時會發生
但體力方面大致都還行,只是因為痠痛所以速度沒辦法維持
所以只要路徑一拉長就會很慘
想問各位這狀況有解嗎?
例如輕裝跑郊山、負重之類有辦法加強
身邊有大大說這只是撞牆期而已,撐過就行了
但以我自己的經驗來看,
審馬陣山屋下山,木杆鞍部到多加屯這段速度已經掉很大了(走了2小時多),
過了勝光山之後腳基本上已經沒力開始抖了
極限大概就差不多這樣了,即使有撞牆期但整體來看也不夠
想問各位這狀況有解嗎?
例如輕裝跑郊山、負重等有辦法加強補足這塊
