腳踝保護與鞋子問題 - 健行

如題
之前跟朋友去爬郊山
一路上大部分有石頭步道
但步道石頭非平坦,而是有凹凸
上山時還好,
下山時踩到凸起處,腳踝不停扭到,很不舒服
雖然最後沒受傷,但感覺這樣很危險
目前是穿一般休閒運動鞋
是不是改成有包覆腳踝的健行鞋會比較好?
我後來上網查
網路說要腳尖先著地
但我好像都是腳跟
可能是這樣導致腳踝比較容易扭到?
