膝蓋有問題v.s.享受登山樂趣 - 健行

想請問一下大家 關於膝蓋有問題
但是又想要登山 是否有甚麼樣的建議?
很謝謝大家 :)
由於我長久以來一直是登山的愛好者
但在被診斷出髕骨軟化症後 大概做復健了半年多
除了游泳之外 所有其他運動一切停止
現在膝蓋平常走路不會痛
但前幾天和朋友去爬山(4天3夜)
很明顯下坡的時候膝蓋感到很不舒服 上坡時 膝蓋有微微感覺到吃力
回家後 整個膝蓋非常痛 休息了2天後 才不痛
雖然說醫生並沒有說禁止登山(並叫我把重的給朋友背)
但每次重裝行程如果都叫朋友背一堆東西的話 實在過意不去
比如說前幾天登山時 我已經請我朋友拿所有露營相關器具.食物.工具.急救箱等等
我只帶了隨身衣物.水.睡袋.個人衛生用具.和一點點零食而已
但沒想到其實第二天就覺得膝蓋有點不舒服了 (有用登山杖)
想請問有相關經驗的版友 是如何在膝蓋有舊疾的情況下
可否給一點建議? 是否要考慮捨棄多天行程?
