荷鐵搭乘IC direct及中停問題 - 荷蘭

最近在規劃荷蘭行程，有兩個問題想請問:

1.第一天要從機場前往鹿特丹，發現電商網站actievandedag上面有9歐的特惠票
裡面有規定如果要搭乘Intercity direct另外支付料金即可。

Traveling with Intercity direct and / or ICE International is possible after
purchase of an additional surcharge. You can buy this at the station.

想請問有人試過使用e-ticket或團票搭車，再用OV卡刷Intercity direct supplement
嗎? 怕車站購買supplement會多收1歐紙本費，但不確定如果不是用OV卡刷主車資，
可以單刷supplement嗎(?)

2.在荷鐵的Day return ticket有允許中停的規定:

You can break your journey, provided you complete your journey on the same day

我想利用鹿特丹到海牙，中停玩台夫特: 鹿特丹→海牙，海牙→台夫特(中停)→鹿特丹
不知道有沒有人以此方式遊玩刷OV卡，的確只有被收鹿特丹來回海牙的車資呢?
怕每次check-in、check-out都會收完整車資，在考慮要在官網買e-ticket還是刷OV就可
