九月底到福岡旅遊,回程領取行李發現行李箱破損。

立刻拍照尋求華航地勤協助,還好這次搭乘傳統航空,處理起來應該比廉航輕鬆愉快許多。
華航地勤看了一下行李箱,便詢問是否可以直接換一個新的行李箱給我們,第一次遇到這樣的狀況,覺得航空公司處理很有誠意。

地勤告知壞的行李箱不需回收。因此也省去在機場重新整理行李的麻煩。
回家的路上,爬文才想到,每次旅行都會加保國泰旅平險,應該可以派上用場。詢問客服後告知,新版旅平險在行李損毀有兩種處理方式,第一種是直接賠償三千元(我出發前一天才保,提早七天保是賠償五千),第二種是新版特有的,也是新版保費大增的兇手,實支實付,保險單上面行李損毀上限是寫一萬兩千元,但是客服告知單一物件最高理賠上限是八千元。也就是說可以重新買一個新的行李箱,最高給付八千元。
實支實付理賠需要提供:
1. 航空公司開立的行李損毀證明
2. 行李損毀照片
3. 新購買的行李箱發票
4. 存摺封面影本
我選擇了實支實付理賠方案,國泰專員毫不囉嗦的在五天內完成理賠。

由於版上還沒有很多國泰新版理賠的分享,因此分享我的經驗給各位版友參考,相較於富邦,國泰在行李損毀這一塊理賠還是更為乾脆一點。但沒有最完美的保單,國泰富邦還是各有自己的優勢!
