雇主藉由廠慶的名義在上班日去辦活動(內容是簽署報名表去遊玩,但不去者要扣薪資500),但是因為上班日去故發公告下禮拜六要補班(我們是週週休的公司)!請問雇主此舉應該有違反勞動基準法吧?因為這是變相補假,而且還是強制每個員工都要去參加廠慶!請各位有涉略勞動基準法知識的達人�
