請問巴塞隆納自助住舊城區方便安全嗎？ - 歐洲旅遊

想請問各位熟稔巴塞隆納的大大

如果規劃在巴塞隆納自助旅遊的話, 住在以下地點方便及安全嗎？
因為我看了很多BLOG還是很模糊不太明瞭...麻煩各位給點建議了~感謝～

1.Some distances from the apartment:
Picasso Museum - 50 meters
Cathedral - 550 meters
Las Ramblas - 800 meters
Subway Station (Line 4) - 300 meters

just 10 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and also from the Cathedral,
