請教關於英國自助旅行的兩個問題 - 英國

因為下禮拜要和朋友去英國自助旅行
所以有幾個問題想要請教大家
第一，愛丁堡和湖區到底有多冷阿
（因為曾經看到去年有人的相簿是穿羽絨外套）
薄長袖加外套是夠保暖的嗎？還是要到穿厚毛衣阿？？
請大家給點意見阿阿
超級困擾＠＠
第二，目前有兩個市集在考慮要去哪一個
Portobello Market和Old Spitalfields Market
兩個都各有特色
但不知道要去哪個好
兩個問題想要請教各位大大
