因應本週日開始的 18-19冬季班表
把先前撰寫的「買廉價航空機票前你應該先知道的事 (2017-18)」一文做了內容上更新
變成「買LCC（低成本航空、廉價航空）機票前你應該先知道的事 2018-19冬季」
和過去都一樣，提供 線上閱讀版 (Google Drive) 以及 PDF 下載版兩種閱讀版本

從本次冬季開始，比較需要注意的
1. 樂桃手提從 10公斤 變為 7公斤，行李託運費用也統一 (飛札幌和飛沖繩同價)
2. 台灣虎航實施登機門託運超件手提行李收費 (每件 TWD 1000 / JPY 3900)
3. 想要去留念香草的，請把握冬季班表，明年三月起，香草內外裝將逐步改為樂桃
不算冬季，但需要拿出來提的是
酷航從 8/1起 選位及託運費用改採浮動價格 (原本是按航程長短，現在又多了繁忙程度)
