這種事其實台灣應該要積極立法處理，來參考一下美國運輸部的規定：

對於非自願被請下班機的賠償：
- 抵達目的地時間延遲不到一小時：不用賠償
- 抵達時間延遲時間 1-2 小時 (國際線 1-4 小時)：單程票價的 200%，以 US$650
為上限
- 抵達時間延遲時間超過兩小時 (國際線 4 小時) 以上，或航空公司未處理，
賠償單程票價四倍，以 US$1300 為上限。
- 即使你接受賠償，原機票仍有效，賠償金並不是買回該機票運你到目的地的權利。
- 如果有付額外金額買機上服務或升級而因為坐不上不能使用，必須退款。
以上規則不適用因天候等不可抗力造程的延誤，同時客人需要有已確認的訂位
並在規定時間內報到 (還有一些例外不過真正超賣跑不掉...)
與其在這邊爭論航空公司自己的條款，不如積極建議立委把這東西立法，
廉航要競爭很好，但我們自己應該也要把場子的規矩弄清楚，不要只是開記者會
這種沒啥實際用處的事。
