關於Utrecht的Hello B&B(用hostelworld訂) - 歐洲旅遊

最近要訂在Utrecht的Hello B&B
但是十分猶豫
因為這家我搜尋好久訂房心得
大家分享的都是透過Hostelworld之類的來訂房
但是我同時也有看到幾位外國旅客提負評
譬如
＂we had to wait outside the place for a while and the owner claimed that
they did not receive our reservation."
或是
＂Stay away from that place, they steal your money!!!! I called them 3 times
because I wanted to inform them that Ill be late to take over the room.
Nobody answers the phone. A few hours later they send me an sms (they don't
even call me back) that they canceled my reservation (8 euros). I called them
again, nobody answers...........Than again, this time a guy picked up the
phone he told me that they don't care about my problem!!!
OF course there was no free room in the town, so I needed to spend 150 euros
for a room in a 4 star Hotel.

我有主動mail給屋主，
但他沒有回信過~

這樣我透過hostelworld訂房後我要怎麼再次確認我真的有訂到房??
有住過這間Hello B&B的朋友可以麻煩回答我嗎??
