關於交通和venere訂房網站的問題 - 歐洲旅遊

1. 我上網訂了euroline的票
票都已經寄給我了
也有寄給我確認信
可是已經過了兩天 為什麼我信用卡帳戶裡還是沒有扣款的消息?
我整個疑惑........

2. 上venere訂房之後
出現了以下的資訊
When the reservation is confirmed you will be charged for the 1st night.
1st night deposit is non-refundable but can be used as a credit-note for
future reservations. No-shows are non refundable.

Cancellation without penalty until: SATURDAY, JULY 18, 2009 at 11:59 pm
(GMT +2h) . It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you
selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"

我實在看不太懂這樣第一天的款到底會不會被扣呢?
第一段看起來好像是會被扣的樣子?
或者是可以拿來抵venere網站上的其他旅館的費用?
(目前信用卡尚未被扣款)
