關於午餐自理 - 健行

各位板友好 小弟最近要去登山
登山時間長度為六天 隊友說除了早晚餐有公糧
午餐要自理
小弟想到的有1.蘇打餅乾 2.香蕉/奇異果(生一點 帶上山剛好可以吃)
3.牛肉乾 4.能量果凍 5.燕麥片(隊伍出發前就可以泡熱水 中午拿出來吃剛好)
不知道版友有什麼推薦的食材可以帶上山當午餐呢??
