According to the information received from Minsk International Airport Border
Service transit passengers travelling via Minsk do not need a transit visa to
Belarus in case:

- they have valid passport and valid documents (national passport and/or
visa, etc.) to enter the country of their final destination;

- they have confirmed ticket for all itinerary;

- their stay in Minsk does not exceed 24 hours and they do not leave transit
zone of the airport.
