這篇跟上篇內容取向不太一樣,所以分開發文
簡單來說,這篇是我對於LCC單就危機處理所做的推薦排名跟原因
第一名是上篇文章中我就很推薦的捷星Jetstar
原因很簡單,原本台灣地勤華航代理品質保證,日本當地也有主管可承擔決策
本身有傳統航空母公司跟多家子公司,有意外也可迅速調度
P.S:有版友回報現在已改由"復興"地勤代理,請各位自行參酌
捷星唯一一次跟超賣扯上關係是2013年2月9日,當天春節連假有34名旅客無法登機
一開始新聞都報是超賣,後來華航坦承是地勤疏失,每個人發兩千塊現金紅包
帶去用餐,搭傍晚華航的飛機還升等。當時圈內都笑說是廉航票價頂級服務
後來2013年3月4日因為機材問題而發生回台航班要延到隔天早上飛,213名旅客受影響
捷星安排入住華盛頓飯店,賠償晚餐和隔日早餐共65元新加坡幣(約新台幣1549元)費用
外加100坡幣(約新台幣2383元)機票抵用券,這個賠償方案我想可說是無可挑剔。
第二名是台灣虎航,華航母公司說明一切,但畢竟還沒有過類似上面的案例
而且還不知道是否比照虎航新加坡,超賣提供下一班外加300新幣代金券補償
版友的例子是改簽華航,甚至比原班機早到,也有人回報提供延後附帶補償

第三名是威航,幾次出包時都有從母公司復興調度機材,條款跟虎航類似
但是沒有台灣虎航可參考新加坡,還需確認是否有額外補償。
第四名是樂桃跟香草,兩家條款類似,都不願意額外賠償
當年香草冬季航班因為機材不足外加北海道航線大雪延誤,竟然可以說是天候因素
拒絕對台北航班做任何補償,樂桃也是多次用他們的霸王條款拒絕賠償鬧上新聞
可以稱得上是好處的就是航班多,有一次清晨遇到超賣,中午之前候補到下一班就飛了
讓我賭爛的心稍稍平復了一些,而且延誤發餐券也是時有所聞
最後一名是酷航,我兩次都被超賣弄到抓狂
第一次是急著去找家人,無奈之下只好放棄跟長榮地勤的鬼打牆去買票
後續無論再怎麼申訴都沒有結果,只拿到一張900元台幣的特殊賠償
好幾千塊的機票因為你沒搭他們候補給你的班次,當然是一毛不賠
第二次是JR PASS大縱走,因為要去的天數很長,索性聽看看怎麼排候補
結果竟然要三天後!!三天後!!三天後!!!
我當場打開酷航網站操作確認隔天兩個艙等都還有票
並要拿給地勤看,地勤就只有跳針跳針跳針他最快只能安排三天後三天後三天後
而且這次申訴的結果啥都沒拿到,因為酷航說我跟地勤明確拒絕他們提供的方案
這種神公司真的只能說台灣人就是奴性重,才會活得下去賺大錢外加有人護航....
P.S:剛剛有人貼出來所謂的"酷航承諾"來反駁,對照實際情形我只想大笑三聲
請搭乘酷航的版友記得列印或存檔並隨身攜帶,這樣遇到該承諾內的事項時
就可以拿給地勤................雖然地勤還是會繼續跟你跳針就是了XD
