關於深蹲訓練 - 健行

各位山友先進們好
感覺本身股四頭很弱
每次爬完山大腿都會痠個兩天
想說平日有空慢跑訓練一下
目前每週大概跑兩次5k(6分速)
但三四個月好像沒有明顯的進步
股四頭常常會痠痛
爬了文有看到人分享每天深蹲對爬山有幫助
但有個問題是重訓都說一個部位練完要休48小時
想請問大家平常在家做負重深蹲可以每天做嗎
每天做的話需要做到力竭嗎
