本來二月底要去名古屋
但昨天的新聞,看完後決定還是先退掉好了
和大家UPDATE一下
我住宿分別在TRIP.COM和BOOKING.COM預定
而且我的預訂都是不可退的(比較便宜)
今天早上分別詢問了兩家:
1. Trip.com 只要我提供護照的影本,確認是本人,就讓我全額退
2. Booking.com 我打電話,沒有台灣客服,轉給一個老外,不過老外很好心
他說他們這邊都是和旅館預定的,所以能不能退,它們要問旅館,他說24小時
之內他會幫我問旅館可不可以退,結果不到30分鐘就通知我的預訂已經取消
機票就沒辦法了,就是要補手續費,就看長榮會不會因為疫情問題改行班或取消
然後在起飛前24小時都可以退票或改期,如果有改航班就可以免費退
提供給大家參考,現在日本已經有社區感染的問題
就真的不建議這時候去了

完全不需要後續處理,只問我是不是因為武漢肺炎的關係,
對這間飯店整個好感度大升,還跟他們說下次一定住他們

探,說無法退款,爆發後打去說要問飯店,線上電話等,說已
經在訂單上備註同意取消+全額退款,如確定真的要退,則
請在打電話給客服,不要自己在app訂單上點選取消,否則不
會退款,後來昨天打過去,客服說再次詢問飯店,就也是線上
電話等,後來回覆可以全額免費退款,所以客服就線上邊操作
邊跟我確認。

取消的原因,直接說因為新型冠狀病毒有所憂慮所以想退,
客服就幫我直接聯絡飯店方、確認可以取消退款後,馬上線
上直接幫我操作好了!

不能各退一步不合理,疫情狀況每天都可能變動,前一天
沒事隔天可能又多了什麼而人心慌慌,如果因為不想損失
而硬去,沒人可以保證後果是什麼,當然也可能都沒事,
只是這些情況只能消費者承擔,多少會有怨言,但多半也
是認了,幾萬塊還能解決都算小事(這樣講不知道會不會被
酸@@),我也覺得賠了很可惜,但不想讓家人擔心啊
