關於退稅W-2的問題 - 打工旅遊

在表格上11項的地方

11 Itemized deductions (see page 7)

應該要填入 State and local income taxes

但是我看我的W-2上面在state income tax那一格裡面寫著:

66.87
3.98 -FLI

請問我該填哪個數字呢?
那個FLI又是什麼意思?
