體力恢復的問題 - 健行

其實我之前有發問過爬多天期前的體力問題,
這次,我想問的是,連續幾個行程下來時,大家是否會有體力恢復的問題。
我在二月的這幾個禮拜,
二月中,去走了巴福越嶺,18KM,
之後的一個禮拜,去走了五寮尖,6~7KM吧,
上個禮拜去走水社大山,11KM,
說真的,體力是可以走的,
只是走水社時,突然有種體力還沒完全恢復的感覺,
因為走五寮尖那次結束後,我就鐵手了,也有點小鐵腿,
猜測是因為走峭壁雄風那幾段攀岩,讓我使用到的肌肉群和爬山是不一樣的,
(因為酸的位子不太一樣)
但是走水社時,卻反而覺得比之前走谷關八仙山還累的感覺,
因為我覺得這兩座山的難度、長度、陡升都差不多,照理說應該身體的感受會差不多,
雖然最後爬山耗費的時間也差不多啦....只是身體上的感受卻不太一樣。
剛好路上跟人聊到,他過兩個禮拜要去嘉明湖,說這禮拜訓練完就夠了,
後來我才知道,原來他在出發前一個禮拜是不排行程的,免得累積疲勞。
聽到這樣,反而讓我有點小擔心了,因為我接下來要連爬的山更硬....Orz
