大陸人士如何申請來台 - 大陸旅遊

不好意思，不知道這問題po在這邊是否合適。若不合板規請見諒

情況是這樣：
我有一位大陸的客戶想來台灣拜訪，他還不曾來過台灣。
他跟我說，如果從大陸申請來台灣，手續非常麻煩。
若是由我替他從台灣這邊申請，則比較方便。

但是我該申請替他甚麼呢? 要去哪裡申請? 找旅行社辦理可以嗎?
