JR關東pass網路預約訂位信用卡問題 - 關東

在台灣已事先在網路預約訂票，今天拿著信用卡&剛購入的JR Kanto area pass去機場換票時，售票口跟我說~信用卡磁卡壞了刷不出來所以不能取票(沒有讀晶片的機臺)
~如果退票的話是一筆不小的金額，請問有人遇過一樣的事嗎?或是哪裡的換票口可以讀晶片卡~拜託大家了
