心得:中間要過品斷跟素斷兩段地形,臂力大的基本上沒有太大問題,不用太多
時間就可以通過,這段路每個人消耗時間會有很大差異,基本上整路水源
很夠,不用攜帶太多的水,至於食物就看個人的習慣,我大約吃掉500g的
食物,但隊友吃的大約只有我的一半。
行前訓練: 出發前四個月每個周末雲嘉七連峰從樟腦寮到大尖,原路樟腦寮,大
約20KM,爬升1500m,花費時間約4H-4H30min,出發前四周加練終極版
雲嘉七連峰,原本路線加上從二尖下到華山再爬回大尖,大約25KM,爬
升2300m,花費時間約6H。周間也會跑步跟騎單車維持心肺能力。

09:52 素密達山屋 休息15min

12:40 雪北山屋 大休 30min泡咖啡
14:20 凱蘭特崑北峰
