本來預計有其他行程要走,但上個月去玉山主北做高度適應傷到腳踝,
訓練量大減,而且也擔心腳踝還沒痊癒狀況下去挑戰大行程,會容易上社會
新聞,因此就取消了,但難得連假也不想待在家裡增肥,得知元植想要去一
日大小壩訓練,就跟著前往,前一晚大家都提早到民宿休息,但一見面就開
始聊到忘我,搞到十點多才去睡覺,隔天兩點就得起床(最猛的是Z大,為
了接送家人,快一點才到民宿)。
大約三點左右從登山口出發,一開始約7分速前進熱身,過了一半後,
Z大與元植就開始用6分速帶領下到達馬達拉溪登山口,稍微休息一下補個
水,我跟元植補水較久,Z大就往前噴到不見了,剩下我跟元植邊打屁邊聊
天,也按照計畫沿途補水休息,直到了小壩山頂才遇到Z大已經要回程了,
因為元植想要挑戰12H完成,在小壩山頂就不多做停留,迅速下山,但八
千大大實在太紅了,沿途不少粉絲都要求與他合照。
到了中壩山屋終於遇見Z大在休息,一起會合後就往伊澤山前進,到了
山頂就努力拍一些魯蛇照後就往加利山,但大家實在也累了,一路上就努力
用一些問候語問候山頭來振奮士氣,也在不久後到達加利山,但為了趕路決
定抄捷徑下去九九山莊,路上剛遇到正在施工(基地台)的工人,與其確認
捷徑後,就往九九山莊去大休,到了這裡,八千大大算了一下,12H是有
機會達成,就不休息太久,補玩水吃點東西後,就趕緊上路出發。
因為是下山,感覺自己的身體有慢慢回復過來,到了馬達拉溪登山口,
還有約兩小時半可以跑林道,把時間壓在12H內,因此就跟元植用約小跑
步慢慢跑向登山口,但實在累績太多疲勞,沒辦法維持跑動,到了後必須用
跑走的方式完成,過了終點直接倒地Orz...
PS這次測試全程使用Science in Sport GO Electrolyte drink
當作主要能量來源,用喝的直接搞定能量、水跟電解質。
大約每小時40-50g的粉配上500ml的水,不過建議在山下要先
吃習慣,我是在山下慢慢提高自己每小時使用量的。
優點:1重量輕 2.吸收快 3.價錢比能量膠便宜 4.有電解質
補充一下訓練量好了:
去年以前的訓練,可以看我前一篇一日八大秀,八大秀後沒多久
就因為疫情關係,可以在家工作,變成有比較多時間,所以幾乎每天
早點四點起床,五點到登山口開始訓練,維持一個月大約300km,以及
約30000m的爬升,速度大約是每小時10EP,為了躲開人群,找的是郊山
的產業道路來回跑(很磨意志力),為了是計畫中的大行程,維持這樣的
運動量約三個月後,直到打AZ的疫苗,為了打疫苗,前後有休息比較多
天,打完幾乎沒有不舒服,不過可能疫苗讓身體抵抗力下降,後來生了
一場大病,在家裡躺了快五天,之後才又開始慢慢恢復訓練,直到了上
個月去玉山適應高度傷到腳踝,為了讓腳踝恢復,訓練量直接砍半,但
還是維持大約一個月200km與18000m的爬升。
