距離35.22km 爬升1784m(Hikingbook)
有鑑於昨天吃羹 今天特地早點出發
爬山的距離跟爬升真的很迷
昨天才20k左右爬升差不多
覺得累
今天這樣覺得好像可以再加個光被八表
是到底要怎樣抓難度齁…
每次都瞎猜也不是辦法
附上平時訓練:
有空才會跑步大約5分半跑15k左右
不然就上個郊山跑過去再跑回來
目前只敢走大眾路線,畢竟沒什麼經驗
要撤退也快
呃…自己有完成幾次226成績大概是15小時
但是這已經是很久以前的事情了應該不算數了
