痾~算反推嗎?
總之是原本以為是鹹鹹的起士蛋糕
但其實吃起來是酸的那種
有點意外
建議大家要買前確認自己可以接受這個口感喔

因為很貪吃的關係
所以Tasha在規劃景點時
什麼藥裝店的少逛一點無所謂
反正網購幾乎什麼都能買
但如果有什麼好吃的沒吃到
那就完全不行
整個沒得談
先前看了在新齋橋有黃金傳說介紹的店家
賣的起士蛋糕很威
當然到心齋橋後第一件事
就是去買蛋糕
面對心齋橋往右邊看
就可以看到這家Pablo了
非常容易找
(心齋橋商店街中段也還有一家
不過那家當時比較多人排隊)
來的時候約9點左右
沒有人排
還想說蛋糕是不是賣完了
結果進去服務小姐說都還有喔
整個鬆了一口氣
這邊蛋糕總類有蠻多種的
但自從上次在東京車站
miss掉一個半熟蛋糕沒買之後
心裡之糾結
這次說什麼也要吃到
(不要拉我~)
東京車站令人扼腕的「室町半熟かすてら」
因為還要去逛心齋橋的關係
所以這天是買外帶帶回飯店啃食
提袋跟盒裝都蠻有設計感的
常溫只能放幾小時
所以買回去沒吃完要冰冰箱
打開之後果然這個顏色讚讚讚
看起就很好吃的樣子
雖然因為外帶有點崩開
不過完全無損個人吃它的雅興
酥皮的部分有點接近葡式蛋塔的口感
很酥口感很多層
整個蛋糕內餡也相當軟嫩
入口即化
側面切開大家口水應該都快流出來了吧
裡面內餡是濃稠狀的
相當特別
唯獨口味上偏酸Tasha有點不喜歡
因為本來預定是鹹鹹的起士蛋糕啊
酸的這種其實不是我的菜
不過蛋糕不大
所以一個人吃個兩天
也算有把它解決掉
是說因為看網站它寫チーズケーキ(起士蛋糕)
所以誤以為是鹹的那種
一開始吃到酸的還有點意外
不過除了這點以外因為內餡很特別
算是很新奇的口感
有在喜歡常鮮
或是喜歡微酸的起士味的話
可以嘗試看看
