小弟以淺薄的經驗分享一下
個人認為如果以登山/越野進步為前提下,
你可以把有氧跟肌力拆開來練,而不是單純改變跑步機坡度硬堆跑量。
上坡主要需要肌力,次要有氧能力,如果希望上坡快,就去鍛鍊對應肌群的肌肉力量,
通常上坡是由髖、腿後及股四頭主導,小腿輔助,核心保持穩定避免浪費過多的力氣
一些重訓提升肌力的方式如單腿RDL、弓箭步、深蹲、提踵其實都可以在家做。
如何動作網路影片很多,就不贅述。
下坡需要肌力及技巧居多可以參考國外知名越野大大Max King的ig教學

不外乎加快步頻,保持腳步在身體重心之下,快速選擇踩點以及持之以恆的練習。
他另外還有其他ig影片教學如何使用雙杖、下坡變向等一些實用小技巧,值得追蹤
至於平路跑(跑林道)部分,由於跑姿與走姿運用肌群不同,
且跑林道需要大量有氧能力,所以的確是得練跑
可參考SYH大大的 [記錄] 南湖大山南峰O型與訓練心得補充
重點在於鍛鍊燃脂能力以增加續航力,可以從跑步機低強度空腹跑開始做起,
跑量建議循序漸進,聽從身體的聲音,維持訓練頻率比衝一次量然後大休N天有效的多。
一般人在大鹿林道要維持全程跑姿是非常困難的,尤其是回程是緩上坡。
可以跑走切換讓部分肌群能稍微休息,並且讓心率不要越拉越高。
