拉繩陡上的時候 - 健行

請問各位在爬70度以上那種碎石或土坡的拉繩陡上時
身體的重心是放在哪裡呢@@? 會後仰嗎
主要是腳出力還是手出力呢
還有就是呼吸的方法 orz
現在算是新手,一般緩坡的呼吸節奏還算抓的到
不過如果路面障礙物較多、或階梯大小不一
腳步差異很大的時候就有點會被打亂
有時候遇到拉繩陡上的時候,常常好像都沒什麼吸到氣,但爬的速度也不算慢
每拉一小段的時候,缺氧感覺常常一次湧上來
有好幾次撐到最上面都差點岔氣
感覺是自己太衝,體力又還沒練好
抓不到呼吸 orz
